Being dragged naked by a truck down I-66:
(a) no trucks allowed inside beltway, and
(b) during rush "hour" will be boring. You might get a sunburn before you get road rash.

If you take the above section to "ride the metro," try going west on the Orange Line. There's a little place called "Nam Viet" that is a very short walk from the Clarendon metro station. Good Vietnamese food, reasonably priced, and a fun neighborhood to stroll. (yes, there may be better Vietnamese out towards Annandale, but if riding the metro....).

Orange line towards "Vienna, VA". Get off on the Clarendon stop. Head north-ish once you exit the metro escalator (if you come out the exit I expect, this will be to your left). You will cross "Wilson" (and not "Clarendon")Blvd. (These roads parallel each other with the metro exit in the middle). Turn left again after crossing Wilson, walk another block or two to "Hudson," turn right. 1127 N. Hudson is just a bit off of Wilson.

Handy tip: the north-south streets in Arlington are typically in alphabetical order from east to west.
