		<description>The Community, like all Tribes, is a nation. Consequently, when you are on tribal lands you lose many, if not all, the protections afforded by the U.S. This loss of rights was one of the reasons that the Cardinal&#039;s football stadium was not built on Tribal land.</description>

		<description>Don&#039;t tribes receive a rather large amount of federal dollars?  At the very least, their population receives dollars disproportionate to the rest of the US.  So at least indirectly, the public still pays for it.</description>
