I didn't grow up in Houston, but I lived there for a few years. Long enough to meet my future wife. And it was in Astroworld that we decided that getting married was a good idea. That was about 15 years ago.</p> <p>While I'm sad that it's gone, I'm also satisfied that it's gone. It's something that private owners allowed to die.
