		<description>&lt;p&gt;This is odd.  The Supreme Court is (supposedly) there partly to clear up confusion, but when the DOJ transferred Padilla to criminal courts, the Supreme Court decided it was fine to hear the case (after the Fourth Circuit did the same), now the Supreme Court has decided that it&#039;s not necessary to hear the case.  So much for stability.&lt;/p&gt;
