Lawyers, doctors, and beauticians don't have the Constitutional protections that “the Press” does. Bloggers have every bit as legitimate a claim to that status as the New York Times. In addition, too many members of the legitimate press have no more credentials for what they're doing than Glenn, you, or I do.
