		<description>&lt;p&gt;You may be right about this but I doubt it.  Lawyers, doctors, and beauticians don&#039;t have the Constitutional protections that &#147;the Press&#148; does.  Bloggers have every bit as legitimate a claim to that status as the New York Times.  In addition, too many members of the legitimate press have no more credentials for what they&#039;re doing than Glenn, you, or I do.  And, of course, some of us (like Jeff Jarvis) do have formal credentials.&lt;/p&gt;
