I now wonder how they will manage their country once we leave. I took my second masters in management at the university's public administration dept., so I am always interested in the process of providing basic services to people. It will be interesting to see Iraq evolve over time. I pray that they will be able to manage their society in a productive way. They have the following to manage: business community, policing, sewer, water, electricity, roads, education, health care, and housing. Gosh, this is a big job indeed.
